What the Referral Program Is

Kudimata Invest lets you invite friends and family to join the platform. When someone signs up using your referral link and meets the conditions below, you may receive a referral reward. These terms explain how the program works and what rules apply.

Who Can Refer

Any Kudimata Invest user with a verified account can refer others. Your account must be in good standing, meaning it is active, not suspended, and you have completed KYC verification.

Who Can Be Referred

You can refer anyone who is at least 18 years old, a resident of Nigeria, and does not already have a Kudimata Invest account. Each person can only be referred once. If someone has been referred by another user, your referral will not count even if they use your link.

How It Works

• You share your referral link from within the app.
• Your friend opens the link and downloads the app.
• Your friend creates a new account and completes KYC verification.
• Once your friend’s KYC is approved, the referral is counted.
• Any reward will be credited to your wallet as described in the app.

What Counts as a Successful Referral

A referral is successful when all of the following are true:

• Your friend used your unique referral link to sign up.
• Your friend is a new user who did not have a Kudimata Invest account before.
• Your friend completed KYC verification and was approved.
• Your friend’s account is active and in good standing.

Rewards

The type and amount of referral rewards may change from time to time. The current reward for each successful referral is shown in the referral section of the app. Rewards are credited to your Kudimata Invest wallet and may be subject to fees or tax as required by law.

We may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time. If we do, we will notify you in the app. Referrals that are already successful before the change will still be honoured.

Rules and Limits

To keep the program fair, the following rules apply:

• You must not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn rewards.
• You must not share your referral link in a way that is misleading, spam, or violates any law.
• You must not pay someone to sign up using your link.
• You must not promise rewards or returns that we have not offered.
• We may reverse a referral reward if we find that the referral was not genuine or that any rule was broken.
• There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, but we may set a monthly cap on total rewards at our discretion.

What We Are Not Responsible For

We are not responsible if:

• Your friend does not complete KYC verification.
• Your friend’s account is rejected or suspended.
• Your referral link is shared or used by someone you did not intend.
• The program is paused or ended before your friend completes KYC.

Tax

You are responsible for any tax that may apply to referral rewards you receive. We do not provide tax advice. If you are unsure, please contact a qualified tax adviser.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version will be published in the app with a new version number and effective date. You will be asked to review and accept the updated version at your next login.

Acceptance

By using the referral program in the app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Referral Terms. Your acceptance is recorded with the date, time, device identifier, IP address, and the exact version of this document.
